Once a contract is signed, a typical new home construction takes about 8-9 months. Of course, this time period may be prolonged due to extensive inclement weather, above average change orders, and clients’ inability to make timely decisions.
The sky’s the limit as to what goes into a custom home. It is completely at the client’s discretion to what amenities are included in their home. Basic added amenities include, but are not limited to: security systems, whole home water filtration systems, whole home audio systems, sprinkler systems, outdoor kitchens, fountains, pools, retaining walls, innovative lighting, etc.
