The Challenges
The large gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream with its large island, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. It opens to the den area with custom built-ins, fireplace, and large windows that overlook the outdoor living area and bayou. Other amenities of this home include custom built closets, detailed tile work in the showers, a private office off of the master suite, and a sitting area with fountain.
The most challenging aspect of this project was preserving the live oaks that graced the front of this property. Great care was taken to ensure the life of these majestic trees would continue for years to come.
