This grand home sits alongside Bayou DeSiard in Monroe and showcases beautiful designs throughout. The exterior stucco and stone facade is graced by stone balustrades at the entrance as a stately circular drive adds to the beautiful curb appeal of this home.
Upon entering the home, large arched openings invite you into the formal living areas that are graced with beautiful lighting and flooring. One opening leads to another as you enter the gourmet kitchen with all of the amenities a chef could desire. Custom built-ins are throughout the home accommodating all of the clients’ needs. Of course, the bathrooms are not to be outdone. Each has its own detailed tile work and personality.
As with any waterfront home, an outdoor living area looks over the bayou. Complete with a grilling area and fireplace, the outdoor oasis provides a wonderful atmosphere for entertaining or simply enjoying life.
A challenging aspect of this project was the ceiling heights. Each room has not only a different height but a different finish as well. Though this adds a great deal to the beauty of the home, it took careful planning and execution to complete.
